I survived turning 40!!!

I really thought turning 40 was going to be such an awful day!  But my sweet husband made me forget about it and look at it in a whole new light!  We are just getting started in our journey together and we have so much to look forward to!  My sweet, sweet hubby took me shopping (made me spend money on myself...I'm not so good at that!)  Then took me to Spencer's for dinner (which by the way was the best meal I've ever had)  sitting at my table waiting for me was a dozen long stem beautiful red roses!!  Then we headed to the Anniversary Inn for an amazing night with my hubby and waiting for me in my room was more long stem red roses all in all I had 40 red roses and rose petals scattered throughout the hotel room (it looked like a flower shop!).  I was speechless by then and couldn't help but think how blessed I am to have such a wonderful man in my life and how loved and appreciated I felt at that moment!!! Thanks again babe for making my birthday so special!
